All our products are carefully and safely packaged in order to protect them from impacts and thermal exposure.
In case of damaged packaging, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

The acceptance of all terms is made fulfilling the order form.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article within thirty (15) days from the delivery date.
Before sending back the item, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer
The article you wish to return:
- must be unused, clean and not damaged.
- must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
- must be sent in its original packaging.
- the shipment must be notified on the day you will send back the package and provide the proof of it, confirming the tracking number, if possible.
All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product. On the contrary, the return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are on the customer's charge. There are no restocking fees.
If a change of the colour of the frame is needed, the lenses will be adapted to the new frame of the same size.
Ottica Il Punto di Vista will not accept exchanges before receiving the return.
We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Ottica Il Punto di Vista has received it, at your charges, within thirty (15) days after our notification of receipt.
Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days from the return.
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or paypal account used to pay for the original purchase. PayPal extra charges will not be refunded.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
